Team WOD.  Work in pairs

10 Muscle ups alt 20 pullups/20 dips

One member holds a deadlift weighing 110/80kg bar in standing position while the other does muscle ups.

60 wallball shots

One member holds in pull up position with the chin over the bar while the other does wallball shots.

Buddy carry 100 meter with two kettlebells weighing 24/16kg.

Both member does 2 muslce ups or 4 pull ups/4 dips

2 rounds for time

3-2-1 Go!
